Order Confirmation

We accept orders 24/7. All orders placed within the day (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM) will be shipped with 1-3 business days but it will vary depending on the availability of items. A confirmation will be sent to your email address once the order has been processed. For orders placed outside our office hours, please expect a delay in your order confirmation. Our office hours are at Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

 

Order Cancellation/Modification

Cancellation and modification of requests may be submitted within 6 hours of placing an order. After this window, the order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing and can no longer be altered. You may contact us via Facebook messenger or call us at 0917-14646-9055 for faster transaction.

 

Payment Options

All payments are in COD (Cash on Delivery) or COP (Cash-on-Pickup on select LBC Branches). All other payment options will be applied momentarily.
